Bruce Lee and his martial art, Jeet Kune Do (JKD) exploded on the silver screen and rocked the world more than 30 years ago. Although JKD is commonly found in the West, it is rarely practised in the East, especially in Singapore.
Finally, now YOU have a chance to experience the purest form of Bruce Lee’s combat system, as taught by Sifu Mark Stewart. with direct lineage from the last protégé of Bruce Lee, Sifu Ted Wong, an original student and board member of the Bruce Lee Foundation.
THE FILIPINO ART OF SELF-DEFENCE - FILIPINO WEAPONRY WORKSHOP
SKD Tactical Weaponry is a modern form of Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) with the Classical Roots of Kali, Escrima and Arnis. Based in martial history of training villagers to resist against foreign invaders, the underlying philosophy of FMA is to teach only techniques and skills that were proven effective in battle.
Coming from the Ted Lucaylucay Kali Lineage (one of the most notable graduates of Dan Inosanto), Guro Mark Stewart will teach you how to defend yourself with precision, accuracy, speed and timing!

International Jeet Kune Do (IJKD) Workshops
(A) 11am - 2pm: Long and Middle Range Combat(Levels 1-2 IJKD Curriculum Grading)
(B) 5:30pm – 8:30pm: Close Range Combat, Trapping, Take Downs and Counters(Levels 3-4 IJKD Curriculum Grading)
HALF-DAY (1 Slot): $80
FULL-DAY (2 Slots): $160
Sunday June 15th:
SKD Tactical Weaponry Workshops (Kali-Escrima-Arnis)
(A) 12pm-3pm: Double Stick and KnifeSinawali, Estacado, Sumbradaand Target Training(SKD Level 1 Curriculum Workshop)

About the Teacher:
As head of International-JKD, Mark Stewart, formerly a Professor of Physical Education at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, CA. is based in Bangkok, Thailand, where he teaches Martial Arts, Sports and Fitness. Stewart is an international teacher, author, and competitor who has taught, studied and competed around the world in countries such as Japan, France, Thailand, and Canada. He has been featured in and on the cover of many martial arts magazines including Black Belt. He has also been interviewed by Reuters and it was broadcasted internationally including the CNN.
